I recently started a game as a shapeshifter and am now up to the Xcap for SOA. I've installed the weimer xcap remover but it still is in effect. Other save games I have are unaffected... they all leveled above normally. Anyone know whats wrong?

Nope, you should either CLUA yourself over the limit and see what happens, or reinstall a different one. Good Luck!
