I have a feeling people who develop MOD's hate stuff like this [img]smile.gif[/img] , but I wanted to start a "suggestions" thread for anyone who had 'Items You Want To See in the Game' ideas. With the hopes that someone with skills might develop a new MOD which included those items. So here's my wish list...
ComboBlade - a +4 To Hit Longsword which does increased damage with each hit: 1-4 then 1-6, 1-8, 1-10, 1-12, 1-20, repeat 1-20, as long as you keep hitting (inceases damage range with each successful hit); if you miss, back to 1-4 Cleric's Ring (ok, needs a better name) - Improved Ring of Holiness - 1 extra spell of 1-6 & +1 AC (also maybe make more opportunites to gain the Ring of Holiness in the first place - it's rather limited) Skin of the Greater Ghoul - Skin of the Ghoul + Protection from Undead + (whatever to make it worth it) - AC 1, Immune to Hold/Paralyzation/Poison/Level Drain Improved Ring of Invisibility - Ring of Invis + X scrolls of Imp Invis - cast Imp Invis 3/day more "intelligent items" - even upgraded, Lilarcor isn't useful enough to keep around after a while (think Silver Sword), but it's incredibly entertaining - maybe a high-end Dagger that has the same speech engine as Lilarcor, though Ioun Stones - a way to combine the Dusty Rose & Pale Green (& maybe even Pearly White) Ioun Stones Reflection Shield - combine it with some other shield, Fortress maybe? Helm of Gond - +20 Lore, True Sight 3/Day Bracers - generally suck - I have no ideas here, but I'd like to see some improved Bracers, maybe Archery + AC X (where X is whatever you happen to have, ala Ring of Protection + X & Ring of Regen in the Improved Items MOD) Improved Amulet of Power - again, I dunno - I'd just like to see some way of combining the Amulet of Power with another Amulet Rod of Lordly Might - I'd really like to have more options - a way to make this more useful Improved Mage Robe - combine Mage Robe of Cold Resistance + MRo Fire Resistance + MRo Electric Resistance + Knave's Robe + Traveller's Robe + Adventurer's Robe (maybe like Flail of Ages, where each piece can be added at different times) Longbow of the Ages - a +4 Longbow which has a chance to inflict Slow with each hit (I'd just like to see more useful Longbows in general) Figurine of Wonder - summons a random beast to aid the party, from a list like Troll, Rabbit, Mephit, Ghoul, Moose, Umber Hulk, etc. ...oh well, just tossing ideas off, in the hopes that someone might make use of them. Well if you have the Item Upgrade Mod than you get very similar items.Now here`s my list: Robe Of The Lasha`kir-Improves casting speed by 5.Usable by:Rangers&Clerics-All Aligments. Sauruman`s Staff+6-Magic comes out of the Staff.Special abilityes:Time Stop-1x per day,Wish 1x per day,random effects(Wild Surges).Usable by:Mages&Socerers Silent Blade:Long Sword.Increases backstabb damge by 1.Usable by:Thiefs(All kits) This is it. Am I reading it correctly that you want to add 1 damage to the Backstab damage? Isn't that pretty useless? Better make it 1d4 or something like that.
I'd like to see a cool sort of armor: Holy Armour or something like that. Only wearable by clerics. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Heh, yea, I got a few ideas of my own.
*King Dragon Plate*- Red Dragon+Blue Dragon+White Dragon Plate armor combined with Shadow Dragon and Blue Dragon Scales. Ac: -2 Equipped Abilities: 40% added resistance to fire, cold, electricity, and acid. Special Abilties: Cast Red and Blue Fire Shield 2 times/day *Dagger of Vile Illness* 10 poison throwing daggers+Bone Blade+Torgal's Claw Special Abilities: Each time this dagger this thrown at the target, the following may accure. (will also instantely return to the caster) 15% of casting silence 10% of causing disease/poison/sleep (altogether) 20% of the target being stunned 5% of the target being turned to stone All saves are made save vs. death at -2 *Gloves the of Master Archer* Gloves of Archery+Guantlets of Extrodinary Sepcialization+Guantlets of Missle Snaring Special Abilities: THACO +5 Damage +3 AC +2 *Ring of the Pyro Guardian* Two Rings of Fire Resistance+Ring of Regeneration+Three BloodStone Gems+Three Fire Agate Gems Special Abilities: Grants the wielder 50% fire and cold resistance Summons Greater Fire Elemental 18 charges +3 to AC +3 to all saves I'll have to think more on this, until then, peace. |

My 'idea' is to combine any 2 or more ion stones into the 'uberstone'.
After collecting every single one through the entire series, I was a little dissapointed when nothing could be done with them.

i would really like a cool full plate mail + 4 that would give an extra lay on hands mm...
a few more katanas would be very nice=) im thinking of a katan +4 that every time it hits it has 25 % chance of making the victim silenced and also stealing 5 hitpoints =)

THE SUBTLE KNIFE
Dagger+2, each hit has 10% chance of Silencing the victim, no Save. (Under the logic that you can be a much more effective assassin if the guy you just stabbed can't call for help.) ADD: Stiletto of the Demarchess--The Subtle Knife is now +3, and also gives a 10% chance of Holding the target, no Save. ADD: Pixie Prick--The Subtle Knife is now +4, and gives a 10% chance of forcing the target to Sleep, no Save. ADD: Dagger of the Star+4--The Subtle Knife is now+5, and gives the DotS's chance of casting Star Bolt and Invisibility on each hit. Upgrades must be performed in that order. BOOTS OF UNIMPEDED HASTE (Boots of Speed, Ring of Free Action, 2 King's Tears) Speed + Free Action, without having to switch items around every time you Reload! BLADE OF GRACE+3 (Kundane, Arbane's Sword of Quickness, 3 Potions of Freedom, 2 Potions of Agility, 2 scrolls of Imp. Haste) Short Sword, adds extra attack per round, Speed Factor 0, +1 to DEX, Free Action, can Imp. Haste the user once per day. CUTTHROAT+5 (Cutthroat+4, Ilbratha+1, 2 scrolls of Mirror Image, 2 Rogue Stones) +5 Shortsword, casts Mirror Image twice per day. SPECTER OF BELM (Spectral Brand+4, Belm+2, Ras+2, Skull of the Lich, 2 scrolls of Mordenkainen's Sword) Scimitar+5, extra attack per round, Negative Plane Protection, twice per day can summon a Magical Sword that can attack on its own for 2 turns. LEIRA'S CLOAK (Cloak of Non-Detection, Cloak of Displacement, Shadow Thief Cloak, Cloak of Elvenkind, 2 Rogue Stones and 6 Horn Coral gems) Grants Non-detection, Blur, Hide in Shadows bonus, Saving Throw bonuses, AC vs. Missile weapons bonus, and changes your clothing color to black while worn. WYVERN'S TAIL+4 (Wyvern's Tail+2, Wyvern Head, scroll of Wyvern Call) Morning Star+4, can cast Wyvern Call once per day, 10% chance each hit that victim must Save vs. Wands with a -2 penalty or die. Slays Wyverns instantly. Imrahil, your "Improved Mage Robe" has already been suggested to Weimer, it's in his To-Do list (which does not neccessarily mean Weimer will do it) under the name "Robe of the Battlemage."
