Tactics MOD IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!!

I have a Q wich is dribing me crazy:i have installed SoA and ToB on my computer...The improved version of Iyliich is a bitch so I decided not to install..I Run the Setup program and program asks me what to do with files wich aren`t installed yet..i say:ask about each one....so i skip the files i dont want to install and then:WHAT TO DO WITH FILES WICH ARE INSTALLED....I SAY ASK ABOUT EACH ONE...UNINSTALL IMPROVED IYLLICH..YES....SO I UNINSTALL THE FILES

THEN I AGAIN INSTALL FILES BUT I CHOOSE NOT TO INSTALL IMPROVED IYLLICH,EVRETYING ELSE I INSTALL

I START A NEW GAME AND THE SHADOW THIEF ATTACKS ME

WHY?????????

Sure it wasn't just a normal Shadow Thief who attacked you? Remember there are some of those.

If not, then try uninstalling all, and then install them all again, except the Improved Illyich.

If that doesn't work, I suggest you get the Dungeon-Be-Gone mod.

I feel your pain, Xen. Those Shadow Thieves are a MAJOR pain in the butt.

I load Imoen with offensive spells, knowing that she will have to use 2-3 as soon as the party stops resting. I'll be SOOOOOOO glad to be away from these guys.

Still, the Improved Ilyich Battle was "one for the ages" in my book. It ranks right up their with the Sewer Party, Guarded Compound, and Twisted Rune from the UN-modified version of BGII. My only regret is that my assassin has already started his game and can't get any of the nifty items from this group. I'm honostly thinking of re-rolling his stats and creating a new game just so he can face them himself.

My kensai did OK against them, but her lack of missile weapons really hurt a couple of times. The assassin won't have that problem. But I'm especially looking forward to giving Ilyich a friendly little Backstab with a poisoned long sword.
