Can Blades have grandmastery in weapon(s)...i was thinking becuase of Celestial Fury+5,FoA+3,Vorpal Sword,Anduril,etc..

nope, if i remember correctly, they can only be profient with a weapon, but they can place three slots into two weapon style.
