Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT hit someone with Sanchuudoku+4 when he/she/it is surrounded by a FireShield Red or Blue!! You WILL die and lose 20 minutes of playtime!!

BTW, just got out of the underdark and went to Cromwell to forge the Vorpal Sword. This thing too is way overpowered. I always thought Adamantite Golems were supposed to be scary, hardy and sturdy...

Excuse me for asking, but I don't seem to remember a Sanchuudoku +4 being in the game. \
What exactly does this weapon do?

I edited out the Acidic Backlash and toned down the regen in my game. Made it more of just a cool, unique, and obviously wickedly powerful, weapon - and less of a cheese fest. You would not believe how easily beholders fall to the unmatched cheese of the acidic backlash.

Sanchuudoku +4: Acidic Katana
This green blade was forged by a Kara-Turan Wu Jen as a gift for his paranoid overlord; its name means "Acidic Poisoning". The sword was enchanted using the fresh blood of a Black Dragon and the hilt guard is decorated with Wolfwere bone fragments. The blade heals its user's wounds at an alarming rate and powerful acid seem to fly from it whenever an attack is made on the user.

STATISTICS:

Equipped Abilities: Regeneration (1 hit point per second), Immunity to Acid, anyone attacking or casting spells on the wielder is subject to an Acidic Backlash.
Combat Ability: Each hit lowers the target's acid resistance by 25% for 18 seconds and inflicts 2d4 acid damage.
THACO: +4 bonus
Damage: 1D10 +4
Damage type: slashing
Weight: 8
Speed Factor: 0
Proficiency Type: Katana
Type: 1-handed
Unusable By: Cleric, Druid, Mage

This Katana can be obtained by defeating Kurosian "The Acid Kensai". It is a mod from Weimers Tactics package.

And yes, the regeneration is indeed extreme!

Yes, Sanchuudoku is mighty.

Then again, the Celestial Fury and the Flail of Ages are just as powerful (they are, really) and are both waaaay easier to get.

The Staff of the Magi still beats Sanchuu hands down in the "Captain Camembert's Cheesy Weapon Award".

No way is either FoA or CF equal to Sanchuu in it's original form. It's not only the weapon in the game that can actually hit everything, it's the only weapon that can do considerable damage to everything with it's -25% Acid Res per hit. Acidic Backlash is a main contender for the cheesiest effect in the game.

Though I can't really argue with the Staff of the magi since it practically makes you invulnerable to everyone but those who can see the invisible.

Anyway, edited out the acidic backlash and crazy regen in my game like I said, makes for a more balanced weapon I feel. What I like about it is the fact that I will NEVER need a 2nd weapon with it equipped.

That's funny. I've just defeated all six of those djinn guardians in a certain dungeon by cheesily exploiting their fire shields...

I hit them

Flame shield hits me

Sanchuu absorbs damage

Sanchuu sends damage back

I hit them

Was there anyhing else unique about the adversary other than their fire shields?
