I have Edwin for the first time and got the nether scroll. Now he's a woman and when it happened I didn't see a way to return him to normal. I went to a few temples and they can't fix it either. Any help on returning him to normal would be great.

Just let him remain in the party, you don't need to do anything as the "problem" will resolve itself after a while.
There are some hilarious moments to be had while he's in this state...
