the official BG2 patch

how long has it been available? how can i tell if i have already installed it?

Theres 2 ways to tell what patch you have installed: Go to the options screen whilst playing a game. The current patch number can be seen at the top. The other way is by going to the baldurs gate 2 directory and opening up the baldurs gate readme. The patch number is also at the top.

To me patchs have never dine much, exceot for a Starcraft patch which allows replays. You can find unofficial patchs at Baldurdash. I don't know where the official patch is
