Keldorn/Anomen/Order question - SPoiler!

ok, anomen got kicked out of the order, some talking afterwards, anomen goes nuts and attacks keldorn. Keldorn just stands there taking whatever pitifull damage anomen does. Sometimes he goes unconsious and takes forever to get up, while anomen just stands there like a goof. Both members have left my party and cant rejoin. I helped keldorn by killing anomen but keldorn now just stands there like a moron!! Is *this* the in-depth philosophic twist about anomen being kicked out? Its worthless! Did anyone have this b-fore?

actually it happened to me on the first time i played bg2. when anomen attacks keldorn you cant do anyhing about it. keldorn wont join your party because anomen is in good allignment. keldorn is in the chaotic good so any evil things you do... he'll go step by step away from you. next time you play the game... dispose anomen after the quest he's a d!@kh3@d. for now, play a party with evil npcs. take viconia, edwin and korgan.

If Anomen fails his test (you killed Sarek), he turns Chotic Neutral. Since Keldorn is the lawful good paladin who is always advising Anomen on what to do, Anomen attacks him and tries to kill him. If Anomen passes the test, he apologizes to Keldorn about his behaviour and the two get closer.

I know about the happy endings and all, I just wanted to see for myself what would happen in this situation, cuz in the past I always convinced Anomen to NOT kill Sarek. My point is, it doesn't add up! Offcourse, its logical Anomen goes berserk, I would to. But Anomen attacks Keldorn and Keldorn just stands there! What is this supposed to mean? Why doesnt Keldorn fight back or say something. And if thats not lame enough, I lose two chars, well actually one cuz I knew Anomen would go crazy. Some plot-development...
