My game has gone Buggy!!

Hey questing comrades,

I'm currently in TradeMeet, where all the animals are attacking and nature is out of balance. I went to speak to someone and my game bugged! The conversation and screen flashed and blipped alot and then it said your map has been updated. I never had a conversation though. Is this a bug? How do I fix them..? Your wisdom from experience is appreciated.

Do you have official patch and Baldurdash installed? If not, install them (Dundee's sig).
However, load the game and try to converse with same person (who?) again.

Try to the delete the content of your \Baldurs Gate 2\Temp, \Baldurs Gate 2\Tempsave, and \Baldurs Gate 2\Cache (but NOT the Data folder, which is in the Cache folder).

Also, like Vedran said, make sure your game is fully patched.
