Northwest there is another door that says: A forse prevents a mere *mortal* to open the door, though I have an illithid with me. How do I open the f.....g door?

You need a Mind Flayer to open that door, not any Illithid.

Ugh, that's tougher.
If you are sure that you have killed all Mind Flayers there, we proceed to the next option. Turn into the Slayer and try open the door now.

The game-developers knew there would be kill-happy people ( otherwise referred as no-brainers [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] ).
Anywayz, there's one mindflayer that will spawn continuously, he's in the same room you get the sulfur-potions to wake the sleepers.
