I've played the game a million times, and I'm looking for something a bit different.
I've narrowed my choices down to four: 1)Sword Coast Stratagems II http://www.gibberlings3.net/scs/ 2)Improved Anvil http://forums.blackwyrmlair.net/index.php?showforum=99 3)Classic Adventures http://ca.spellholdstudios.net/ 4)Tactics http://weidu.org/tactics.html If anybody here has any experience with any of the above mods, please respond and let me know what you think of them. Thanks!

Tactics is very, very, fine. It actually forces you think out some battles. Not all of its modules are equally difficult, however, and several ruin the immersion somewhat.

Sword Coast Stratagems II is also quite good. It basically improves the AI and difficulty of the monsters by having them pre-buff. Be warned...it makes Kangaxx almost impossible to cheese.

The only one I've played is Tactics, but from what I've heard, SCSII has the most amount of thought, logic, concern for game balance, and testing put into it, whereas I know for a fact that some of the Tactics "improvements" are questionable at best.

The Icewind Gate mod is technically interesting, it uses the (Third Edition) Icewind Dale 2 game to play the BG2 files. It is not as smooth as it might be though.

Wow I never even knew these things existed, I'm just playing back to back games of BG2 for the first time in years and now I have more candy to choose.
