I think BG II but Diablo is kinda fun in the beginning but it gets lame later so I would say BG II.

Since BGII is my favorite game of all time, I have to say BGII vs. anything.

Diablo II was a decent game, but BGII beats it by a huuuuuuge margin.

It's been said, but...What are you looking for? I have both, and play both a lot, not so much since NWN, but I still mess around with them. I have only had this computer for a month, but the first thing I did was to install all of my games. Never know what I'll be in the mood for. So, if you want to walk around and just kill things, then D2 is the game for you. If you are wanting to get lost in a decent story, with lots of interesting things to see and do, then BG2. Personal preference, reread my post.

I like both, but for different reasons. I like BG2 for the quests to solve and the possibility that you've painted yourself into a corner (so you better save those 500 prior saves...lol). Party action is very cool, and they havetheir own ideas on what to attack with if you let them. Its Very Intelligent.

D2 is a hack & slash, but the multiplayer aspect bumps it up a notch. OK, so there's a Hacked level 81 Amazon who is Hostile towards you because you told her Mark about the scam she was pulling. As you're halfway through the jail, the question is: how long can you play before she finds you (you're at least a level away from the nearest waypoint and the monsters are Hard (hey, they're compensating for that cheater topside who's character's hacked higher than a Xena-Zeus hybrid).

Sure, there is sexism. But, from what I've seen (but not experianced) there's some cyber hooking-up that goes on there and that takes 2. Not that I'd know but I've heard that some social mods for NWN are used for the same purpose, but that's going to happen anytime you have young 20-something vibrant people in a community. (Its easy enough to toss cold water on impure intentions though)

D2 is made for a much more immature crowd, but if you can hang back and watch, it can be hysterical to watch people post about stolen gold, etc...
