I remember Pente, Huma... That was a *LONG* time ago, for me.
I enjoy Scrabble (because I'm a word person)... But I have several other favorites. Monopoly, because it lets me use my more cunning and ruthless side to wheel and deal my way to victory ( "You wouldn't have your own father thrown in jail because he couldn't pay your rent, would you?" "Then I'll go easy on you. Just one of your railroads." "You already have three!" "You owe me several thousand dollars. This is charity.") I enjoy Chess, as well. I'm reasonably good. And am quite open to playing online with some of you who also are reasonably good... There are many sites that make that possible. Drop me a PM and we'll see what we can work out. Risk is ultimate if you have at least five people who know each other and several hours to play. It's all in the metagame. I love it. Pure politics... Mwa ha ha...... ("It's the game of world conquest, Jerry!" "That's great. The game of world conquest being played by two men who can barely control their own lives.") I haven't played Trivial Pursuit in a *while*, mostly because none of my friends like to play and I always lose when I play with my family because they mispronounce names so badly that I can't decipher them and therefore get questions wrong. Did that make sense? As for cards, I love Seven Card Stud, Texas Hold'Em, Spades, and Hearts... I tried to get into Bridge a while back, but it didn't work out.

Well for me that would be chess, since there isn't something more strategic then that within a box. I would like civilization family edition or something but thats gonna be one hell of a big box
