Joram marched confidently down the hall. He was by all appearances just another one of the many servants all rushing about, assigned to various different tasks, each doing their part to help with the wedding. Joram was accompanied by his two fellow theives disguised similarly. They had been able to round up everything they needed for this job. They also drew out multiple escape plans, and a number of ways to handle almost any scenario they could conceivably run into. They were confident that they would make the best of the situation. The plan was to get into the vault room, knock the guards out with the 'wand of sleep' that they hand picked up and then tie them up while the robbed the safe. It was still some time, before the reception and until the safe was filled with new wedding presents so Joram and his crew were biding their time, waiting for the moment when the time was right to take action. Joram had heard of the fabulous treasures that kings possesed, but he had never really been able to imagine the full scope of luxury that he was now in the midst of. The floors were covered in soft luxurious rugs from far reaches of the world. And the walls were covered in fabulous artwork, and beautiful hand woven taspestries. One tapestry depicted the fall of the modding mage, and there was a painting of the tavern by the creek. Joram was taken aback by the sheer magnificance of everything around him. Precious vases sat on top gold guilded chests hand carved out of a single block of wood. Everything was immaculately clean. Joram was appalled at the accumulation of such weath. Joram couldnt understand how one could have this much wealth when a majority of his subjects lived in dirty hovels with barely enough money to buy candles to light it at night. Joram was a thief by trade, but he never really took more than he needed to survive, and he never took from people who couldn't spare it. Joram was going to make sure that after tonight the king would have something to think about.

OOC: we skipped ahead two days to the heist i was going to work on it a while and build suspense but everyone is in a hurry for some reason so we just skipped to the day of the wedding. Joram IS a thief, but Joram IS NOT a killer. He will only kill for the sake of self preservation, and even then unwillingly. I outlined how we would deal with the guards in my last post. we obtained a device to put them to sleep. I was going to work this into the part where i was going to build suspense the days before the wedding, but we skipped that so i put it in my previous post any other questions PM me

"No! I Would-"

*Opek Hit The Assassin On The Neck With His Hand And Knocked Him Out Cold*

*Over His Shoulder He Carried Him Into The Corridor And Down Towards The Steps To The Dungeon. He Couldn't Get His Mind Off The Kings Safety. What If There Were More Assassins Outside? The King Could Be Dead!*
*Opek Scanned The Corridor And Saw Three Servants Walking Up Towards Him*

"YOU THERE!"

*He Had Pointed At Joram And His Friends. Slowly All Three Cautiously Approached, But They Thought They Were Discovered, So They All Were Reaching For Daggers In Their Pockets, Just In Case*

"Take This Man To The Dungeons And Be Quick. The King Will Not Accept LazynessJust Give Him To The Jailer, He'll Sort Him Out. And Make Haste. Take These Keys, You May Need To Unlock The Lower Door. It's Sometimes Shut Up."
*He Passed Joram A Ring Of Keys And Set Off To The Tower*

OOC> Joram Has The Keys, But Dosen't Know Which Key Is For Which Lock

If anyone else is still interested in this thread please post here. This didnt really take the shape I wanted it too. I kind of wanted it to be a suspense type story, with a lot of activity building up to 'the heist', but we skipped all that, and then I lost interest in it. I was thinking of starting it over and getting everyne interested in it involved from the begining so maybe we could keep together a well developed coherent story. Im going to leave this for a while to let people who are interested post their ideas for the thread, and for everyone who wants to be involved to post what character they would like to play. After/If it is decided I was thinking we could just create a new thread with a closed cast to tell the story. I hope this works for you all I am going to leave this thread hanging for a few days just to see what interested parties think about said changes. please feel free to post your thought on this or any idea you have for the developement of the new thread. Also if you would like to participate in the next thread please post what type of character you would like to play. Thanks everyone for your patience and consideration
