After a period of darkness, the land was recovering. With the Queen, the spring had returned. Among the dead tree's, new plants started to grow and many of the fields we passed where already filled with flowers.
As we neared the castle, the feeling that something was dreadfully wrong befell me. Suddenly I knew it, except for the lively chatter of my companions, it was completly silent. No birds, animals or anything.

Regin: Ugh, whats that smell?
Lioness: Hey Dreamer, you oughta wash your neck

Tiamat: Hehehe
Dreamer: Thats not...wait a sec, I recognize that smell!
My blade was in my hand, before the word ambush had left my mouth, out of nowhere at least two dozen orcs appeared and charged right at us!

Nebbly, your standing on my half shade NECK and HEAD!
The iron golems eyes gleam with a crimson, and then it goes flashy..... Tianul gave it improved golem haste.
IG: (irongolem) *Sense Presences*....... *Found Orcs*
*IG dashes at lightning speed at the 'sniper' orc (axe thrower) and deflects the axe coming for the Queen's precious head!*
KSSSSH! My IG just hit orc with orc: that half orc is not enjoying the IG Spinner Throw..... as his friends get clobbered. Now the rest of the battle will go like this: Bash my friends into pieces, this is my last battle, Decapitation No Breathing Dont want to see Demogorgon at my leaving!

*Lioness grabs a sword from a fallen orc, and engages another. She brings the sword up in a quick arc, and then lunges under the blade, knocking the wind out of the orc. A quick thrust ends him as she turns to the next...

She stands silently by an old oak tree, and watches the group. She fingers the amulet bracer around her neck, sighs and leans back against the trunk of the tree, patting it softly and puts both of her gloved hands on her staff, and waits........

Neb does a backwards somersault off of Tiamat's head and lands next to TAO, "Might I enquire as to your name, my lady?"

An orc spots them and runs towards them, Neb quickly dispatches it with his blade and awaits TAO's answer.

She reaches out with a gloved hand, and says "My name is KayLisa, and yours is?"

Dreamer:*Cuts down two orcs with a single movement. More are underway!Withdraw to the castle! Move!

Tiamat the Qaza-Shagal, launches bonespirits and 'shatters' at the orcs...... then blanketing the party with a cloak of darkness- Queen Lioness, I urge you to take us back to the castle- as my powers cannot conceal us forever.
