I have all that, Needle Encrusted Scorpion and HWT. The Scorpion is less valuable to me as mut, I'm using it for my combat spec. I decided not to go for the Mark as I wanted to have an Equipped effect trinket. Thought of getting that haste trinket but I don't need the hit. I'm holding out for Whispering Fanged Skull off Lady Deathwhisper 10 man.

Mark of Supremacy is an upgrade over that Greatness card. It's cheap only 40 emblems of triumph. More hit is good, it helps with your poison procs. You can check with Spreadsheet to confirm.

I was using the Mark itself for a very long time until I got that Death Verdict from toc25 1 month ago.

Whispering Fanged Skull did drop for us once in ICC10. But I lose roll to a enhance shammy.
