United won the league? Are you serious? Next you gonna say United won the doubles too! Imagine how one person saga (CR7) had changed the joyous mood.

It actually got to 85M !! But then benitez and chairman said torres is not for sale at any price and issued a 'hands off warning'. Then torres said he didnt want to leave.

85.000.000 though!!

Yeah, salary cap wouldn't = lower ticket prices.

The big clubs can afford already to drop their prices by say 5 quid, 10 quid. If they can pay 100k per week, to 10 players, they can lose 200k a week on lower prices. But they wont.

I for one hope they don't go. Torres won't, and tbh I don't think Kaka will either, but look what happened to Shevchenko one of the best strikers in the world, went to Chelski and got rubbish.

I just think he's been unlucky, Jose didn't want him and he didn't fit into the Chlski system, and most players (it seems all apart from Torres) need a season or two to fit in and cope with the Premier league. Let's see how he does this year.
I think there is slightly more chance of Kaka moving as he played under 'big phil' for Brazil. But I would think it's more likely he stays at Milan.
Any new news on Ronaldo today? Will he stay or go?

So, with Deco in at Chelski who's out? Lampart? Ballack? Mikel Obi? Makelele? Essien? I heard that Robinho might be coming too. How's Big Phil gonna make everyone happy?

ps. Calderon is really making me pissed off with his statements.

Lampard will go Inter before the start of this season.

I thought it would be next season for free, but reports today say its now for 6.5million pounds.

Apparantly Makelele is out too, can't remember who...some French team. PSG perhaps, or Lyon.
