(BTW: Some says that he moved on to BG2. Haven't checked that forum though.)
Probably turn up saying the KAK, me or Dragonshadow kidnapped him again. As for Dragonshadow's comment, why stop, let's start another.

[/QUOTE]Good idea.
And I haven't kidnapped him this time, I swear.

My esteemed members of the senate...I return to you a beaten and broken Hobbit. My search has taken me across far lands, icy mountains, sweltering deserts and sadly my quest has been fruitless. I stand before you Legolas, as the leader of our Senate, and place my bloody sword and bow at your feet. I have pursued Paladins and thieves, Wizards and fools and my hands lay empty before you. I would gladly slay DragonShadow with my bare hands right here on the floor of the Senate but I will respect your decision that they shall not be touched until a conviction of guilty or a judgement of innocent. Legolas, I have always been a member of honor in this Senate and I respect you, this institution and my colleagues even those with whom I hold opposing views. Not least of these is Lord Brass, founder of KAK, to whom I owe my life. With this in mind how can the report of my captivity and the destruction of my dream go unpunished. Granted, the reports recieved by this esteemed body were from a simple newspaper but I am here before you today, my heart heavy with the burden of an unfufilled blood quest, to validate these newspaper stories. I was in fact held deep in the dungeons of the KAK and although this may have been the deeds of a splinter faction of that group it does not change the fact. It was Lord Brass himself who released me, pledging to me that he had no idea that I had been imprisoned. He gave me his word that he had come to release me the moment that he discovered my presence and I do not doubt his word. He saw me clothed and equipped and set me outside the compound where I immediately set out for my Kobolds in area 51. The description of the devastation that you read about in the news is a fair account of what happened and rage overtook me. Now I stand before you road weary and misery filled Hobbit who begs that this Senate sees justice done.

Mr. Baggins, the Senate is relieved to see you return to our midst, for would not it have been a sad thing indeed had you remained missing. I think it only fair to remind you that your Kobold Integration project is considered to have failed, and a new resolution shall have to be drafted if you would wish to make another attempt. Whether or not circumstances beyond your control have effected this result must not change a thing.
Also, it is not the policy of the council to physically harm those suspect but not proven guilty. Information on the identity of your captors will be essential in any trial to come.
In DragonShadow's defense, I will have to ask Lord Brass to either confirm or deny the truth of your statement, for there is no reason we should take one member's word over that of another, although I will remind the Senate that Dragonshadow's behaviour was highly suspicious in the least.
In the interest of safety and the continued productivity of the Senate, it is imperative we find and bring justice to, not only those who were involved in the actual capture of Mr. Underhill, but also the ones masterminding the operation from behind the scenes.

I hereby decree this thread CLOSED,
any further discussion shall take place in a new thread, to be created when required.

I would like to say, in my defence, what evidence do you have that I am guilty, and what am i guilty of? I would like to know this before Mr. Baggins tries to kill me. And may I just say, i am a drgaon, and very hard to kill, most likely, I'll fry you.
But I am not the sort of person to just run around frying helpless beings, unlike Mr. Baggins, who wants to kill me, how unfair.

So: I'M INNOCENT
Thankyou
