Woke up this morning to schools closed, freezing rain, sleet, and just 1-3 inches on the ground.
Kids, of course, woke up way too !#$%!#$% early to see if they would have school. Then they wouldn't go back to bed... ![]() BTW, anyone know where I can get a replacement snowblower key? I seem to have lost both of the ones for mine... ![]() This could really, really suck.

Hehe...it's an experiment. Normal weather patterns were reversed just to uh..... oh heck, I wanted some warm days in November BWHAHAHAHAHAHA
Of course now it's dropping to more 'seasonable' temps. As LadyZ mentioned, we're expecting cooler weather tonight and over the weekend. Sniffle...just when I was getting used to all that lovely 50 and 60 F weather. ![]() Bungleau, I got a replacement key from the manufacturer once when I'd lost mine. Found the rogue keys later, after the snow melted- must have dropped them while cleaning the snow thrower (we have a really small electric one). Snowed about 8 inches since this morning, up here in Wisconsin. The grass was still green up until yesterday night, and the day before was upper 50s. And here I thought I wasn't going to see any snow on my first trip back to the US in three years.
That's right, it's all *my* fault. ![]()

I called a hardware store here and picked up a replacement key. Four of 'em, actually... at 99 cents, they won't exactly break the bank. Why four? I figure it'll take at least ten years to lose 'em all
![]() Unfortunately, it looks like something has gone bad with the starter switch. The key won't even stay in there... ![]() Fortunately, a local shop here (another one) has a replacement switch in stock. A mere $13 or so... I'll pick it up in a bit. Gotta love the winter ![]() And Winter Wolf, it *IS* all your fault. The weather's been damn nice in the winter for the last three years... and then *YOU* show up and all of a sudden I'm getting my weather patterns from the South. FROM THE SOUTH! That never happens here.... NEVER! For that, I'm pretty sure you're due to pay for the next round at Cloudy's Cafe... ![]() And I'll get the one after that

Today was yet another beautiful warm day. Started out this morning at 62F, rose to 74F by 5:00pm, and now temps are dropping. It's still 63 though, so we have yet to do the drastic conversion. It's coming though, very windy.

Today started out at a balmy 16*F, and rose to an even balmier 32, with lots of sun, and terrible reflecty light...

46F now LOL, and with the winds it feels really chilly! Not a lot of rain though, just a light spraying rain. Mostly here it is high wind gusts and of course the temps plunging. I guess, no more excuses, winter is announcing itself!

Well, Bungleau, my name says it all, dunnit?
![]() Don't look at me like that, it could happen. Theoretically. A man can dream, can't he?
