I'm thinking of Severance: Blade of Darkness.
The way your see one of your arms lying on the ground before you fall over must be one of the most painful ways to go.

Might and Magic 8 ~ in the first dungeon fail to solve the puzzle and fall down into a monster that got huge open mouth with really big long sharp teeth. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
