Ah well. Whatever. I'm still gonna see it and probably enjoy it.

Ugh, Babylon 5, anyways, yes, Picard was offered to become an Admiral in the TNG series, like was said before, and also said before, he declined it.

Yeah, I know Picard got the offer, but still... I just don't like the idea of Janeway outranking him. I like Janeway and all, but Picard is just so much better.
I'm just waiting for CGI to get good enough to have new movies featuring the original crew in the original series time period...

Yeah, I saw that preview, and am pretty excited to see it. I don't even remember when the last one came out, so I hope I have not missed one in all this time.

Anyway, I liked the preivews, but think they revealed too much. I hate to be spoiled, and trailers have a way of doing just that
Where can i se the preview or trailer ? cuz i love Star Trek so that would be cool to see!

I thought Janeway was a solid character... imagine having to step into the shoes of P. S. (who played Piccard brilliantly), intimidating at best.

I really liked Babylon 5 too, but it was too soap-opera'ish overall. Farscape is another good series that tends to get a little soapy.

If dedication is the measure, than for me TNG was the best of the bunch (rarely missed an episode), followed by Babylon 5 (saw most of the episodes, but not necessarily when they were first released), Voyager (same as B5), Farscape (missed quite a few of those), DSN (seemed hit or miss... some episodes were great, some not so great), and finally Enterprise (lots of flat episodes, a couple good ones).

Yes, besides Data and Riker, Picard has got to be my third favorite character from the Next Generation series, and Patrick Stewert plays him very, very well.

OK, spoil me. Did Voyager make it back at the end of the series? Wasn't Voyager after TNG? How could Janeway be an admiral in the same time frame as TNG? Have the TNG guys been in stasis for eight years while Janeway and crew romped around in the Delta quadrant? Just trying to straighten out my time lines...

Yes, Voyager made it home at the final episode. Nemesis is at the forefront of the Trek Timeline so we can assume that Janeway was promoted to admiral somewhere between the last episode of Voyager and Nemesis. As for what the Enterprise Crew was doing during the run of Voyager, well they met Kirk (Generations), fought the Borg (First Contact) and saved a Planet (Insurrection), Riker, Troi, La Forge and Barclay also cameod in Voyager. As for what else they did, well I guess they fought in the dominion war, however this is best left to the imagination.
