If I had a hammer,
I'd hammer in the morn...

What? Heh, where'd everybody go?

Yeah, it sucks that there aren't any 2 handed axes. The halberds might make up for it if they did slashing damage but they don't...

Singeth Yeslick: "....enemies fall DOOWW-own, enemies fall down,
Yes, my Big Magic Hammer makes my enemies fall down,
In a most delight-ful waayyy...." (whistles)

In the Item Balancing MOD, Frostreaver is now a 2-handed Axe.
Borok's Fist is now no longer an exact duplicate of Ashideena--it's now a bit more like Celestial Fury.
Good Long Swords are a dime a dozen--Namarra, Roses, Balduran, Daystar, Adjatha--but the problem is that most of them are only +2, and in this game you need +3 to cut it. A few Upgrades sound in order.
Personally, what I'd like to see is a wicked Warhammer/Dagger combo; 2-Handed, usable by Thieves, that adds at least 2 to the Backstab multiplier. Place the point of the Dagger right up against your victim, and use the Hammer to BASH THAT SUCKER IN!

Six, where can I obtain the Item Balancing mod? I've only been able to find the Upgrade mod in my searches.

Lol, Six, you'd need a REALLY high move silently and hide in shadows score to be able to use that. I'm sure that a target could be able to hear the big clunky warhammer swinging...

You'd also need a high DEX score to accurately and quickly swing a heavy hammer at a precise point on the dagger to kill the victim.

If the head of the Warhammer is 2.5 inches square and the pommel of the dagger is 1 inch square, your odds of making the hit are pretty darn good. How many times do you miss while hammering in a nail? Granted, you're usually hammering nails under slightly better conditions than when Backstabbing enemies (better lighting, the board stays flat, doesn't move around much, and isn't wearing armor), but you get the point. (Haha, stupid pun.)
