Probably Jon Irenicus, because he's just too cool!! Otherwise I would probably be.. hmm.. who *would* I be? It's hard actually because all evildoers in the game have some degree of coolness in them. Firkraag, Kangaxx etc.
The more appropriate question is perhaps: who wouldn't you want to be? I definitely wouldn't want to be Demogorgon, because who would want to be a ugly, tentacled, baboon-faced demon? No way that guy can get a good looking chick, not even when he casts Polymorph Self upon him!
