I have the Baldurdash fixpack installed but have never found the merchants if that is all that needs to be added.

No.
TOB comes with Joluv, you need the pre-order (or is it the Collectors Edition ??) CD; or the tweak to get Deidre. [img]smile.gif[/img]
It isn`t in the fixpack for one simple reason: it isn`t a bugfix, but a game tweak.
It *is* one of the cheats installed with the Baldurdash remix, though (but you can`t get it through that without installing all the other, less justifiable, cheats ) .

Actually, ToB installs Deidre. You need a pre-ordered edition of BG2 to get Joluv, or download him from various sites.

Saz is right. ToB does give you Diedre but not Joluv.
Obviously I'm playing with a blind mage because I did find Diedre in the Adventurer's Mart. I know I shouldn't have cast glitterdust to see what it would do.

(although usually it`s the mistake of Joluv is Collectors Edition, Deidre is pre-order...)
