Well Gazza if you are a musician you will have heard of Gaffa tape .. it is about the same.

If you are not a musician then please ignore this useless post [img]graemlins/heee.gif[/img]

Duct tape is a very strong fabric tape (made by 3m iirc) it is very flexible and can withstand quite high and low tempratures and as such can be used to join air condition ducts together.

hope that helps.. we use it a lot for the aircraft ducting in the internal recirc and conditioned air systems.

Duct Tape is the stuff that holds the universe together. I actually read that in a PnP RPG once...so it must be true. Without it we would all be falling apart. Oh, and about that hampster. You realize of course, you will have to clean that mess up Wellard.

There was an article in the paper this morning about a NC company that makes duct tape. This company is one of the world's largest producers of the stuff, and they've seen their orders increase 5000% in the last week or so.
