Rong Er

She watched him solemnly, her gaze lingering on his fingers, teeth and eyes. Her own brown eyes blinked and a jaw muscle twitched as she cocked her head to one side and deliberated her next move. Finally, she tilted her head back to an upright position and nodded.

"Let's go, then." The tiny smile spread to a wide one and she reached out, grabbing his cold fingers. "Peach Blossom Island is a wonderful place and you'll love it!" It was difficult to keep the tone of delight from her voice. "I promise you that."

With that, they tore off from the warehouse and disappeared the sight of everyone, never to be seen again for a long while...

ic- After making sure that the "victims" of Rong Er's poisons were okay for the moment, Skye rushed to where Lyulfe had told her he had placed the antidote. Running back, she quickly administered it to the wizard and rich merchant, then watched to make sure they recovered. A single tear streaked down her cheek, unnoticed, while her face remained stoic - the only sign how Lyulfe's unexpected departure had had on her.

ooc- Mistral, are you going to make another thread or what..?

Calarlyth’Kaeion sighed softly, and walked over to where Skye was. Gently he asked, "Whats wrong, Skye? You seem saddened, somehow."

ic- Skye turned towards the elf with a surprised look on her face. She quickly brushed away the tear that had made its way down her face, then smiled brightly. "Nothing's the matter, I'm just glad that I was able to cure the wounded as well as I could. But I need to speak to the captain, we have to change our destination now..." her voice trailed off and her eyes stopped focusing on the elf in front of her for a moment. "Oh!" she said with surprise again. "I must have drifted off. Excuse me for a moment, please," she said politely before making her way to where the captain was.
