ic- "There's no need to shout," Skye winced, rubbing a throbbing temple. Damion, recognizing the signs of eminent danger, dived behind Avalon and made a fort consisting of Avalon's back and some barrels. Skye grinned at the small drow, who looked back at her suspiciously and hunkered farther down out of her eyerange. Looking back at Cal she whispered "Thank you for making sure I didn't make too much of a fool out of myself. Alliene prolly thinks poorly of me as it is, I don't want to increase that and add a few to the group." Smiling, she stopped leaning against Cal for support but didn't take her arm away. "I'd be honoured to "escort" such a valiant young warrior such as yourself," she said in mock politeness. "If I didn't escort you, I'd have to escort two other young males, and I'm afraid their health would not be at its best if I did so." She scowled at Damion, but her eyes gleamed with humour when Damion ducked under a barrel to hide from her stare. Turning towards Alliene she asked "Where would I be of most help to you? I don't want to be a bother or get in the way somewhere.."

Dameon scowls at skye. "Kicking someone while they are down shadow isnt what i would call being friendly."

ic- Skye gave Dameon an odd look then whispered to Cal uncomfortably "Erm, you wouldn't happen to know why Dameon is scowling at me, now would you? Rather an unsettling feeling, if you know what I mean.." She coughed, then grinned at Shadow and stuck out her tongue at him playfully. "Meanie" she said with a mock pout.

***OOC, sorry to spoil your fun Skye [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] but like I said, for some odd reason my char is genuinly fond of yours. :S don't ask me why tho [img]tongue.gif[/img] hehe. now, if it was shadow - then - he could become as drunk as he liked and Cal wouldn't bat an eyelid. hehe. Calaethis gave Skye a wry smile. "Possibly Dameon's looking at you like that for setting a bad example for the children, nevermind they were the ones that ahem, 'found' that ale first. I thought something was up when I saw Khalraan sneaking around." He grinned, "feeling better now Skye?" He shot a look over his shoulder at the two youngsters. "Perhaps 'mother'" he said with a grin, "you should talk to the children about the effects of alcohol, not that I would presume to instruct you on the upbringing of children." he grinned again. Calaethis whispered into Skye's ear, amused at the entire thing, "I hope that wine is stronger then Shadow releases. The gods know, theres no way I'd cast a restore fatigue if he got drunk..." he caught sight of Damion hiding "Erm Skye, perhaps you should talk to the child - he seems afriad of you right now." He paused again. "Now... where to go... erm, I really don't have a desire to tour the city... how about we visit one of the practise areas, to spar." he dropped his voice "and give you the chance to keep an eye on the children." Resuming his normal tone, in a light humor he added "And of course, give me the char to spar with you, since I missed it last time." Smiling he added, "thats if your finished dining, my lady." Calaethis's eyes were dancing, and he half bowed to the half-elf on his left arm. He glanced at his cousin(s) "If thats allright with you two?" he askede, defering to their self-appointed parties leaders. ( [img]tongue.gif[/img] too good to miss out on [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) "Coming Khalraan, Damion?" he called. The corners of his mouth twitching with amusment, he bowed again to Skye, "My lady?" and murmered "no reason not to practise my manners... althouth I doubt somehow *she*" he jerked his head backwards, indicating Alliene, "would let me forget..." He waited Skye's reply before walking out of the room with her.

***OOC, soz all of you, I find this highly amusing. heh, LHELs, I hope your char gets lectured by his 'mother' [img]tongue.gif[/img] honestly, stealing ale... wonder what Alliene will say to all of this...***

ic:Khalraan grabbed his sword from the floor where he'd left it, and, holding the sheath carried it out the door, taking a small sip of the ale he had. Following Cal and Skye to the sparring ring he pulled his blade back out of it's sheath, andsaid to Calaethis
'Can I spar too, can I?!'
Swinging the blade he ran away from Damion, and began attacking make-believe opponents.

Calaethis smiled indugently and told Khalraan "I wouldn't mind sparing with you, if you stop waving that thing around. You'll put someones eye out or worst if your not careful. Save it for the combat rooms." he shook his head, wondering if he'd ever been that difficult for his cousin. Still, he couldn't really blame the child...

ooc-I LOVE WC3 its a lot better than D2, lol. I win 36% of my games...which isn't a bad percentage at all. Night Elves are definatley the best race. They just build too slow [img]tongue.gif[/img] .

Avalon looked around behind him to the drow child crouching behind his broad back,
"Perhaps you should go with your guardian, little one," he reached down and grabbed Damion's arm, hauling him up like he weighed nothing, and set him down to his side gently. Verloren was laughing so hard she had grabbed a napkin and covered her face with it. Alliene was chuckling too, and she shook her head ruefully,
"We've all had our bad experiences with alchohol. My first was a particuarly embarassing moment of dancing on a table and swinging my shirt around over my head..." she cleared her throat and her cheeks flushed black, "Well, that was more than a century and a half ago. Doesn't matter anymore," she tossed her hair as Verloren nearly fell over she was laughing so hard. She gave her attentions to Dameon, "Some of us are being split up. Such as you, for instance. Calaethis will be with me. Zachana and Avalon in their true form and size are our main weapons, as well as my magic. Verloren will be with Avalon, and Shadow and Skye I need to do our sneak attacks. I'll give you more details later. My mother gave me a report on their status and I have yet to look them over," she sighed and gave Avalon a look, "Now, you owe me a massage. My back is killing me,"

The dragon's silver orbs widened but he made a half smile, "As you wish. Meet me in my cave when you want it," he chuckled, getting up, and starting for his cave. Verloren's laughter had subsided to occasional giggles

"Come on, sister. Lets go watch these two duel. We can help their skill, I am sure" Alliene nodded and the two stood up,

"Ok, follow me to our sparring room," she led them up a flight of stairs into a large room with polished onyx rock as a floor, weapons of various kinds from various races lining the wall.

Aeris laughed at the thought of Alliene doing such a thing. Before she left he got up and tapped her on the shoulder.She turned around. "You said something about spliting up.What of me?Where will I be at?"

OOC:Lady Blue,did you get Alliene first drunkness from the first time you got drunk?

Calaethis smiled at his cousin, and inclined his head. He found the image of her dancing around ontop of a table with her shirt off, both shocking and amusing. "My thanks cousin" he said in responce to their deployment. "I feel safer having you at my back." He smiled again, bowed to Skye, and lead her down to the practice rooms, her arm still on his. He gently disentangled her, and assumed guard postion again - once they were in the sparring room. He waited for Skye to prepear herself, and allowed her to attack first, attempting to figure out her style of swordplay.

***OOC - you can take the sparring match from here Skye - but be fair ok? no munckinish moves. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

ooc-eheh...See Calth, here in America the drinking age is 21 and i happen to live in a little country town where nothing exciting i.e parties...ever happen. i've never been drunk, and i would never let myself get that wasted lol. Once my parents did give me too much alchohol and i had a buzz the rest of the night, much to their, my brothers, and their friend's amusement, lol

Alliene looked over from stroking the blade of a magnificant drow axe as if surprised,

"Oh yes, silly of me to forget. Youre killing the Matron's only daughter and Hand Maiden, Sulfera(u is pronounced as 'oo'. Think monty python and the holy grail, lol). I'm sending you inside by dimension door. We have to make sure she is killed so the house will have no succesion."
