I added the "Debug Mode=1" but when I go to save the file it says: "Cannot create the C:\Program Files\Black Isle\BGII - SoA\baldur.ini file. Make sure that the file and path name are correct." Am I doing something wrong?

edit:

I found this thread that talked about this issue http://forums.bioware.com/viewtopic....92787&forum=10
and I tried the "compatibility files" method. When I press ctrl+space the bar on the bottom which you can type into appears, but I tried entering CreateItem(BELT08) but it says

lua: call expression is not a function

active stack:

Am I entering it in incorrectly?

So you entered exactly in the console:

CLUAConsole:CreateItem('BELT08')

for the girdle?


Without the "CLUAConsole:" it won't work.

Yes, I have tried entering in the following different combinations:

createitem(belt08)
CreateItem(belt08)
CreateItem(BELT08)
CreateItem('BELT08')

They all yield the same result.

Ok I got it. Let me try that

What I'm asking that I'm not seeing on your examples is the starting portion CLUAConsole:

which must appear in front of the CreateItem('xxxx')
