Oh yeah, now i remember, .. Mind Flayers allways did the job.
Weird really, since ullarithids are supposed to be the stronger version right ?

You were right on, Dundee. The mind flayer can do what the fancy ones can't.
It was lucky I still had one collar left. It was also unfortunate as I wanted to see if they would work if I met one of them later in the game.
