Bush Fires threaten towns here in Aussie

How crazy is this.... the firefighters last night in the mountains were swearing at the rain they were getting because it was hampering their back burning efforts.

I thought I would never see that but I can understand as they really need to back burn ALOT of these areas to stop the fires up there from spreading further.
