I hope it protects me and not just them. It'd be great to know that if someone overseas hacks my account, they'd be unable to log on.

Blizzard have updated their ToU on their website and it didn't state anything about it. However in game ToU is still the same.
Also the lengthy discussion about it in wow forum have been deleted. Edit : just installed patch 2.0.5. looks like in game ToU have been change as well. So I guess everything is ok already. [ 01-15-2007, 03:25 AM: Message edited by: Kakero ] |

I think the point of this was that you can only access WoW from countries that are serviced by WoW.
