I tend to notice that people play the genders that they are.

I usually play as a female, since being one myself. Although, not so long ago I started playing a male character, since I heard you got to have more romances if playing as a man. More romances does mean more quests, after all. (At least that was what I thought!)

Oh, and Willard, Kelsey actually is a male. I though that name suited better for a female as well and was very suprised to hear that it was a guy.

After completing the game with a female character I found myself starting over with a male character. The short dialogs between my PC and Aerie, Jaheira (fav character), or Viconia were kind of refreshing in between dungeons. Giving you something else to consentrate on other than butchering various monsters and leveling up.

I usually play a female 'cos I'm a girl and I like the idea of of a woman who can butcher anything. Showing my total lack of imagination, all my female characters are called kaltia..hmmm...I wanted to try the romances that the males get but didn't want to restart my character (my archer was kicking ASS!) so i downloaded the patch from Baldurdash that lets you romance them even if your female. makes a difference from that ass Anomen. Come to think about it, I sacrificed Anomen to Firkraag...Viconia is a better cleric.

In BG, my character was female, I emported her into BG2 and finished her in TOB. I played a second time through with a male Paladin, which I am almsot done with TOB..I will probably start over since TDD is now ToB compatible...

All my chars in Icewind Dale are female though..

-snivel- It is a girl's name! -cough- My name's Kelsey, and last I checked, I was female. So far, I've played girls, but Anomen is pretty abrasive. Things got kinda nasty when he didn't become a knight of his stinky order. What good are they anyway! Hrumph. When I fought Bodhi for the second time, then knights killed one vampire in the beginning and then left. I'm going to start playing guys soon, I just don't want two games running at once. Plus I don't really like the male pictures.... yes I know... shallow... lol.
