Kakero and Deathkiller, Do you guys have children? You dont chain a 3 year old up, period, or he for sure will be a criminal when hes an adult. At that age, most of there behavier is donwloaded software. You need to reprogram them with love and compassion, not tying them up. Are you serious?

You're being sarcastic...right? Do you really think that woman was telling the truth? Are you that nieve?
First of all...a three year old does not undertstand stealing for gain. A three year old thinks that the entire world already belongs to him, and would feel that he had a right to whatever was not being played with at that time. The poor baby had no idea why he was chained up. He just figured the parents were being mean
