Well I didn't know that...I think that Bell's was somewhat more improved than the original concept though...something like what Rikard said

Alot of history is things being stolen.
Pythagorus' theorum was used by Ethnical Africans for centuries before Pythagorus noticed it. Euclidean geometry was used by the Aztecs. The first gold nugget found in Australia is often said to have been found by one person, when infact it was found by his assistants, and he just claimed it as his. The QWERTY style keyboard is double-patented. Et cetera et cetera et certera. So, I don`t think we`ll change the way history has recorded the telephone, else we`d have to reconsider everything patent from the vacuum cleaner to the value of pi. |
