One day we're going to have to have a big old barney on here (not me and you Yorick, I mean the board in general) about the EU because personally I don't think its done all that bad a job in the fifty odd years its been around in one form or another. And its not too far fetched to see it nominated for a peace prize as one of the main reasons it was set up was to preserve peace in Europe, something I think its done quite well. Its inconceivable to think of France and Germany going to war again with their economies integrated the way they are now.
