There are two ways to easily kill vampires:
1.While you are protected by negative plane protection 2.While you are hasted!!!Kill them all before they even know you were there. Warning:The second way applies if your characters are of a sufficient level and you have the Celestial Fury sword(SPOILER:You can find it in the Guarded Compound in the Temple District.) Enjoy.
