Am I correct in the assumption that xbox users won't be able to access this?

Looking at the scripts they dug up makes me depressed. It seems like Malachor had the potential to be a full planet, instead of a brutal string of melee fights to finish off the game.

Considering that all of the scenes with party members dying are cut out, I wonder what the lineup will be for KOTOR3?

The current ending to Kotor 2 took care of your party anyway.

I bet T3-M4 survived.

I have mixed feeling about those restauration projects. I've never been a fan of user made stories. Try as they might, it will never really be the vision of the creators.

From the little parts left in the game, we might think the devs were heading in a certain direction, while they might have been planing a surprise at the end, and we wouldn't know and just end it with the obvious stuff, for example.
Hm.. I don't think it's (TeamGizka's restoration projection) a user made story. They've found scripts, sound files and several other useful files that gave a clear indication towards what Obsidian originally wanted. Besides, it can't possible get any worse.
Yeah, I followed their project and listened to the sound files and dialogs were the characters seem to end up killing each others, but like I said, who know if they wouldn't have suddently seen the light, turned around and joined the Light Side or something like that? Or what if they planed the Main character to shop up at those fights and give him a chance to influence the events ("Fight for me my minons." or "Stop this, anger lead to the Dark Side.") Or what about the ending? Were the devs planing to change it?

The reason this content was not put in is because it was nmot finished, so obviously not all files can be found in the game. It all make me a little nervous. I wish a dev would involve himself in the project, like with BG2 Ascension.
To be fair to the usermade stuff though, they're not charging anyone for their restorations.

Only if you were Light and followed his quest and story the whole way. Oh, and don't forget, you can blame T3 for all the events in KOTOR 2, after all, he saved you!
