I know where you're referring to now. It's not that hard; just play like a thief would. And make use of flash bombs and fire arrows. (the few that you get.) Creepiest level I ever went through, second to none.

Firestormalpha, in a way I guess it could be considered the best round because there seems to be no way to get through that round without being spotted and your heart is always pounding especially after being chased by undead.

Another thing I like about the game is you can choose to be a good(neutral) or evil thief depending on how you wish to play. When I first discovered you could take a guards unconcious body and dump them in a pool of water I was having fun sneaking up on guards, hitting them and moving the bodies to pools just to here their gurgling noises they make before drowning. I know it is morbid of me but the designers did such a good job of this.

Undead *shivers* when I played the Thief II demo I looked into this book right. It had weird symbols and stuff after I was done looking at it 2 zombies appear behind me just as I turned around. But are there A LOT of undead levels? I prefer the undead to be dead.......again.

Arrow

Thief 1 has a whole lot more undead in it, Sythe, and believe me it has some of the most memorable gaming moments in PC Gaming history. And there are ways to make the undead become, well, dead! T2 is different - in a sense - you'll see. I highly recommend starting out with T1 and moving on to T2. There is a brillant underlying story thread that will most likely conclude in Thief 3.
