Well, it might be that guar or kagouti or something make sheep-like sounds and that's what the ambient sounds are supposed to correspond to. I just hate killing guar, anyone else have this problem? They are just so cute

Yeah, I like guars also. I love to stare at corky, the friendly guar by Pelagiad and the Dren plantation.

Unfortunately the Guars don't share the same feeling as you do, they'll attack and try to kill you nonetheless.

I red some place last year. That the sheep sound and alot of other background animal sounds are real animal sounds recorded and then played backward for the game. I played some of the sounds into a reel-to-reel tape recorder and then played them backward to see what the sounds really were. There were a whole barn yard of animals and other sounds used in the game and then played backward in the game. The strangest sound was a fart played backward or at least that was the only thing my son and I could figure it to be. The producers of the sound FX for the game must of had beans for lunch that day LOL.

speaking of guar, too bad there isn't a guar farmer's guild. who would want to be a farmer in morrowind?

grrrr... i HATE cliff racers. they're easy kills but they always seem to swoop down on my as i'm running through the ashlands and all of my fatigue is depleted.

Believe it or not there is a farm mod downloadable at morrowind summit. here you can grew crops and wait for it to harvest and you'll gain money from it. I see it got lots of donwload.

I always try to take a wide route around them when I spot one so they won't attack me, but they do sometimes see me and come lumbering over with that big silly grin on their faces. And two whacks and they're dead. So sad

I know exactly what they did. They must have had a computer near a farm or somethin, then they used a mic connected to a computer to record the animals and stuff, then they used the Sound Recorder program that comes with Windows to record them, reverse them, add echo, mix them, etc. Also, the rocks *.wavs in \Data Files\Sound\Fx\REGN were done by repetitively touching the microphone. Very cheap if you ask me, but don't listen to me, this is just a guess and an opinion. Ohh and TheCrimsomBlade could you please tell me where is the Fart sound and what is it's name?
