By the way, all of the daedra have one to two shrines with quests. There are four bad daedra shrines involved in the "four corners" quests with the temples, but these do not give the daedra or "god-given" quests. You can get some pretty decent artifacts from these quests, which are definitely peculiar (especially Malacath's). (actually, now that I look at my notes, I don't have a quest for Mehrunes Dagon -- anyone find one yet?)

Yep. Mehrunes Dagon's shrine is on a small island in the far northwest corner of the map, north and a bit west from Gnisis.

Don't remember where it is, but it isn't hard to complete, and you get Mehrune's razor, lovely little dagger.
