Y'know, the top of that tank looks open. I wonder if they meant to have a way in there from above (using scuba of course) and didn't have time to finish that.

Could be. If all critters attacked at once, could be a good battle. Those fish can be punishing! The snapper can do some decent magic if I remember right.
