As with most things in this fine game, many combinations will be effective. For the rest of your party I like:
felpurr samurai (humans also work well, and some ppl like dracons) mook ranger (hobbits are also good, as are felpurr) elven bishop (never tried other than an elf here) human valk (rawulf are also pretty good) rawulf lord (dwarves, dracs, and humans aren't bad either) Good luck with your party! |

Humans are good for any class. In the final analysis though you need to make a party that you like. In theory you could complete the game with 6 Lizardmen Bishops. It would be tough but possible.
