You @ bayjin yet? Even worse than those mares. Hopefully you have 2 PCs that can cast those 2 bluffs by the first round. If not, always soul shield first!! Element shield is useful for preventing/reducing damage but nothing is worse than your turncoated or insaned fighters killing off your party in 2 rounds.
