Yeah it ring some bells in my head when i see the tittle Stormy but cant figur out what film it is dammmit!

Well I would say it is a good movie but IMO it falls a little short of being a classic. It would depend what era you come from.
 Outsiders is getting a little closer to a classic.

The Outsiders sounds familier, what was it about (not sure but I think I read the book)

It is a classic east and west side clash. The preps against the greasers. On the greaser side you have some very big up and coming actors. And do not forget pony boy. You should check it out. Not a bad movie.
