It only depends on what you consider a weapon. Obviously Moore considers a satellite that controls/guides a bomb as much a weapon as the bomb itself which is a valid opinion to have.
Also it does not matter if this particular factory produced nuclear warheads at this particular moment (it didn't) but that the company is famous and proud of its achievements in building ICMBs and that it is in fact a weapons manufacturer. In the outtakes* you can see Michael Moore asking the Lockheed guy: "And when was the last nuclear missile built here" (answer is mid-60ies). Why would he ask that if he wants to convey the message that there are still nuclear missiles produced at the Littleton plant?

Thanks for the link Grojlach [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img] - the law suit score of nil is a telling statistic supporting the film against the vengeful accusations of the NRA. If they could have found a legal way to get at Moore they would have - all that has been left to them are the tools of slur, innuendo, and distortion.
