well, I bought BG2 because it had a nice box, and the rest is history I'm now bidding on fallout 1 on ebay, and if I manage to get that I'll have every infinity engine game in existence I think:

Fallout 1
Fallout 2
Icewind Dale 1 + HoW + TotLM
Icewind Dale 2 + bonus disc
BG1 + TotSC
BG2 + ToB + bonus disc
Planescape Torment

if I missed any pls tell me (I wanna have em all )

bought BG1 from browsing in a games shop one lunchtime - saw the magic initials D&D (i used to play as a child ) and thought i'd give it a go . . .

my first character was a halfling thief who never made the distance - in fact i still haven't finished BG1 with a party

I heard about BG on this site when I was searching for W&W answers.

My first character was a human paladin.

My first time was a neutral bard because a bard could do a bit of everything.

Elven Swashbuckler was my first character, my arch-rival Dagorion got me into BG2 and then the original.

I got the game for Christmas a couple of years ago. When I first opened it up and started infront of the CK inn, I was thinking, "Damn, this game sucks." I had read the manual, but still could figure out how to move the screen around . But once I understood how, I got hooked.
My first guy was a Human Warrior named...you won't ever guess it...Lord
