Sarevok - Page 2

Is this necessary that I exactly need to have Sarevok in my party?

I have in my party:
Keldorn
Minsc
Jaheira
Valygar
Me (Mage)
Imoen

...and i don't know waht to do.

- I can't take off Keldorn, because he is the only one Paladin and can use the Carsomyr;
- I can't take off Minsc, because he can use 2 of the best weapons that i have (flails, maces, hammers, etc) in the same time;
- I can't take off Jaheira, just because she can heal;
- I can't take off Valygar, because he is only one that use longbow;
- I can't take off the Imoen, because despite she being a bad thief, she is the only one thief in my party, and she use a shortbow.

I don't know waht to do, please, help me!

I wouldnt really call it a cheat, rather a tweak.
Cause I wont call it cheating just to have the NPCs you want without fighting.
Someone may argue with this, though.

i've always been lucky because with no patches or cheats i've had saravok, edwin and viconia in my party with a rep of 20 for most of the game [img]smile.gif[/img]

Zoltan: Kick out Anomen and Nalia. Take Imoen and then Sarevok. Make sure Sarevok takes a slice of Imoen's soul. Do this by showing hesitation in the dialog with him.

Babangida: both Minsc and Valygar can use longbows. Pick one and kick the other. IMHO Valygar is the better Ranger, but Minsc may suit your sense of humor better. Valygar is dark and not very talkative.

Bruce: in ToB, I think no-one leaves your party due to reputation effects. Edwin complained in my Cavalier party, but never left, even though our rep was 20 for most of the add-on. That was with a new ToB party.

Valygar is the weakest link here. Don't fall for the illusion. EVERY party you have will seem like all the characters are vital. That's because all skills are useful and you will have tailored your equipment to that end. If you want someone new, take them and dump someone else. You'll get by.
