If you're looking for British accents, go for Siddig Al-Fadil (aka Alexander Siddig, who played Julian Bashir on ST: DS9), Alan Rickman (Mr. Severius Snape himself), Colin Firth (does a lot of A&E's Jane Austen stuff), Hugh Grant (icky poo!), Liam Neeson (Rob Roy or Quai-Gon Jinn, take your pick), Gary Oldman in a pinch...
