BTW i am using him for the first time. Korgan will dual wield CFayer and FoA.
Should i give Sola CFury and Sanchuudoku or DoE?

Why not give Korgan Stonefire or Frost Reaver since he has grand mastery in the axe profiencency? With Sola, I'd go with DoE and the Acid katana. (physical resistance and cumulative acid damage)

If you have the latest Sola version installed I would strongly urge you to have Edwin in your party, but if you're already set with those six just get him next time. As far as what weapons to equip him with - you really only need to decide on one because he gets his own sword not too long after you pick him up. You'll probably want to use it unless you don't want to use the most overpowered weapon in the game. It's super-bad. And here's a tip if you're using him for the first time and want to keep that no reloads going...when he says something about Lloth coming after him and you should prepare for a fight make should that he is ready. Have fun.
