What are your BG projects?

Once I'm done running through SoA Tob with my present undead hunter and party. I am gonna start a Wild Mage (chaotic Evil) Her story is gonna be Gorion locked her in a dungeon and did experiments on her weird magic powers. She is going to go pyscho alot and just blow up peasants.. and shoots her strongest spell at any canine (she wanted a dog when she was growing up hehe)

I still haven't finished SoA, but I plan to finish that with my Fighter and then I have a few ideas as to what I will do next.

Here they are. This is prbably the order I will do them in.
1.Evil party assasin
2.Solo Ranger/Cleric multiclass
3.Party Cavralir
4.Solo Evil Sorc
5.Monk maybe solo, or with a couple companions

I also have a Lord of the Rings mulitclass game that I'm just starting that I will be playing in addition to whatever single-player game I'm doing at the time.

After I've gone through a several times, I may also do a solo mage named Ged. I know that this is off topic, but has anyone read the book A Wizard of Earthsea? That's the book that Ged is from.

Well, I had started playing as Evil. At the moment, I'm taking a break from gaming and trying my hand at MODding - ever since someone on the Forgotten Realms board complained that the current Anti-Paladin is 'too powerful', I've been trying to create a full-blown kit for Paladins (not Fighters)that represents the 3rd Edition Blackguard prestige class... effectively, an Evil Paladin who can cast Greater Malison and use stealth/backstab.

So far... erm, I think I've done all the easy bits.

Expect me to give up and get back to gaming any day now. [img]smile.gif[/img]

1) finally finish that Kensai/Mage solo
2) finish a Sorcerer solo
3) finish an Archer party (Keldorn, Anomen, Tashia, Kelsey, Solaufein)
4) solo a Cleric/Mage

I do it all on Core rules, with reloads, with most of the the Weimer mods installed. (Rataxes- is it possible to roleplay in the solo game that you're attempting?)

Mmmm... I have SoA + TDD, and right now I'm soloing a Priestess of Mystra (awesome TDD kit - a Cleric who can cast a few Evocation spells). I dualed her to Mage @ level 25 (I enjoy dualling at high levels). Right now she's Priest-25 (inactive)/Mage-22... and one she's leveled she'll be a mini-goddess. And I haven't got to SpellHold yet...

Once I'm done with her I'll try a Warlock, another TDD kit...

i've thought of another one (and latest favourite):

BG1 mage dualled at 2 to fighter

character story - never really suited to magic (being very strong, dextrous, and tough ) Gorion tried to teach him but it wasn't really working so once he was 'free' he turns his back on all that and becomes a warrior - being a warrior is good of course but his journeys slowly convince him that magic might be useful after all and, knowing the basics, he seeks to harness the undeniable power for his war-like ends

powergaming considerations - a pretty much pure class fighter with less hitpoints who can use wands and cast spells from scrolls (assuming that works of course [img]smile.gif[/img] )

Currently in BG1 but will plan to use Korgan, Edwin, Viconia. Imoen for sister thing and prob. Cernd for his druid spells ONLY.

Story - Gorion tries to teach him in the arts of magic but he finds himself nowhere near suited for that job, with his volatile, unpredictable and rash personality (He does however have an int of 15 and a wis of 13). He did find himself to be a strong fighter and even more capable thief. Imoen also gives him the thief - like streak in her, while at the same time one of the watchers taught him the arts of war. Of course, Gorion thought that was for the best.
He was and wanted to be an own person, free to do what he wants, but never expected it to happen so abruptly, with Gorion dying in his sight. While glad to be free from him and being able to live his OWN life, he also pledges to avenge Gorion's death by finding who the masked man was (and eventually killing him). He will do that with/without the help from Jaheira and Khalid, whom he felt could not do more for him than patronise him like his stepdad (or so he thinks, he's a CN badass ) and will leave them to their business. While he gets help, he WILL in the end work towards finding who killed Gorion, who wants him dead, and plans to end that once and for all.

p.s. I'll probably write this kind of thing should I finish BG1, but that is another story.
